started on a few of the unnecessary jobs…
rev counter re fitted (column mounted so lost it when I fitted XJ column)
hand throttle dug out of shed and drawn up a new bracket
planned and found stuff to refit and relocate battery cut off (thawted by flat battery drill :banghead: )
but generally just enjoyed being out in the sun with my jeep :003:

3 hrs and counting covered in filth under the GC.....
F.... Me why is it the car you don't jet wash rebuild and tear apart at every moment is the one that has all the bastard nuts corroded and rusted to buggery.....(guess I've inadvertently just answered that!)
any ways...Ball joints one side apart including balljoints out...... Tis nice to have the right tools for the job.....(balljoint service kit) Years ago I'd have tried a hodge that would have gone very shape of the pear :icon_twisted:
just got to get it all together again.....
Balljoints currently in bottom of freezer to make em smaller....... Read that on Pirate :hysterical:
brighter light almost makes me happy :icon_super:

finally found the time to finnish the battery isolator, made a couple of leads and mounted the switch under the bonnet, should help with battery drain when it stood.
