Title: TJ Roof on a YJ?

Dumb question but will a Wrangler TJ soft top fit on a YJ?

Buy it, they are normally twice the price of a YJ roof!!!

Actually it can be done. Hell of a faf though. You swap out the spreader bars (windscreen to roll bar) for TJ ones, which allows the windscreen to tilt back to a TJ angle, the roof then fits.

You also need TJ door uppers due to the windscreen angle.

In that case you had better go down to B&Q and buy a tarp and make your own :hysterical:
If you want cheap you have the vehicle
