hi everybody,
can somebody answer for stupid question: how much will cost me 3,5 lift of my stock xj. rear leaf springs look for me bit flat (will send pic all opinion are welcomed) and thought maybe at once do some other changes.
-
oh shit when im looking at this pic it doesnt look so low. maybe eyes or brain problem? anybody please help. is it rear of my xj too low or not?
anyway how much is the lift -all included bigger wheels??????????
-
its a touch low, not much really. Are your rear leaf springs level or bowed?
-
i dont know for me they are flat

For a lift kit take a look on Llama4x4

I know mine are flat on my XJ, think I need some new ones lol.

measure from the wheel cntre straight up until you meet the wheel arch. measurement is 17" for standard height and can be 1" higher for the rear.
Llama 4x4 will sell you rough country which is on the cheaper side of lift kits. a bespoke kit should be able to be bought for around £750 or cheaper, as its not a case of just bolting on bigger rear springs and coils at the front.
track bar will most likely need adjusting (redrilling of location hole)
there maybe transmission vibes so rear axle might need shimming by a coupl of degrees.
transfer cross member might need dropping 1"
4 new dampers as these might not be supplied with the kit.
the price doesnt include garage lobour charges etc
