Right then!
Sorry for being a bit vague, but when I came to work on my front hubs today, I found a busted bit. I have the 6 bolted Warn hubs.
Now then, between the part of the hub that's bolted to the disc and the piece on the end that you turn to select locked or free, there's a part that's about 1.5" thick with some roller bearings in it and the drive gear that the little piece on the end enages into to lock the wheels.
It's the bit in the middle that's broken.
Question is, which side does it belong to? Do I need to order the main hub kit ($286) or just put some new locking hubs on the end ($111).
I'll try and get some pictures tomorrow! Picture paints a thousand words.

if the spindal is undamaged and the splines on the end of the shaft are undamaged just treat the locking hubs as expendable and just replace them superwinch do heavy duty locking hubs cheaper than the cost of replacement factory style locking hubs around the hundred dollar mark
