:(
Jeep ran perfectly on the way back from Broxhead - ran a jet wash around the engine bay and ran it through a ford (not Escort) several times on the way home to wash sand out of chassis - no problems
Went to pick some gear up yesterday - first time I've used the Jeep since Sunday - engine behaving strangely - 'roaming' under a constant throttle, wouldn't kick down - went absolutely fine in manual hold, no error codes on arrival. Picked the gear up, and on idle it stalled (just twice), Check Engine light is now on and I get a code 24 - Throttle position sensor input above or below acceptable voltage - how do I go about "cleaning" the TPS - should I WD40 the PCM connectors?
I know Dodster had this problem earlier in the week and I have PMd him, but as am leaving work at about 2 this afternoon, not sure if I'll hear from him in time as don't have a PC at home (although will get on one at weekend if no response prior to then)
Any help gratefully received :D
