Fitted my long arm kit from Rough Country to the XJ today. Not so sure that I'm happy with it as I have lost alot of ramp over clearance. But time will tell when I try it offroad. On the plus side I now have the castor angle correct and the lower arm isn't at a steep angle. The only pain was that I had to refit the rock bars to fit the kit as one of the bolts clashed with the mounting on the bars.

I do slide on mine occasionally but have never got hung up on them. The grease nipples the manufacturer decided to put on the bottom side lasted a matter of minutes though (had to blank them and relocate elsewhere).
