Post by: jarekjeep on November 15, 2012, 10:27:28 PM
Week ago had replaced heater radiator in my truck. Did after this around 500 miles. Yesterday notice a coolant in leg vent and under the passenger mat. Did wipe and stay dry. After dynamic our maybe better say during drive I heard psssst and windscreen get misted in a seconds. Did drive another 500 yards, park the truck and notice steam like from the kettle going in the car.coolant when opened the bonnet have seen coolant leaking from the end of 7mils wide hose on the right end side of engine going in out f from black box on sitting between inside the car and under the bonnet area.after couple minutes it speed leak. Lose about 1 lute of coolant. My questions are what is this bloody house and can I drive to the repair shop like this. Worried to do more damage.will try to add the picture of this ff...hose.please help.

After chat with mechanic I drove to his garage. When stopped at the shop and switch off engine my poor truck did big wee. Sticked at Tesco waiting for recovery. Mechanic said to me to not panic.

Rang the garage where it was done before and guy told me to calm down.after one hour recovery arriveand Jeep is again in his garage.no cost for me at all. Should be done on Friday. It was faulty heater matrix who's he put in my truck. Past is in manufacturer and should be back repaired tomorrow. So my xj should be mine again from weekend.
