Difficult to tell from a photo, but I have a few question marks:-

The seller states that they are 7.5J.  I thought that original XJ / TJ Jeep wheels are either 7J, or 8J on the Rubicon TJ.

I've never heard of Invader Challenger Mud Tyres, and nothing  came up on a quick Google search either.  From the photo the tread looks pretty low for an MT.  It might be worth asking for the exact tread depth on each tyre, rather than relying on the seller's view that there's plenty of tread.  New MTs will have 13 -15 mm of tread (sometimes more).  If the tread is down to 5mm or less, then they won't give much grip.

If they really are original Jeep wheels, then they should be OK.  But I'd set your maximum price on the basis that you'll need to get them shod with new tyres.

My 2p.

I have those wheels on my TJ with 31.1050's

They look good when sprayed black. 8)

Can't help with the tyres, never heard of them but they look more like an AT than MT pattern.

The wheels look identical to mine, standard Jeep steel wheel 15x7 (not 7.5)

I guess the tyres are a cheap re-mould type.

the tyres are remoulds........

the rims are original jeep steels 15x7J......

I would also assume the tyres are past their best & budget for a set of new ones......the rims are ten-a-penny at the moment, loads of em about......

I really wouldnt want to pay a lot for em........& then only if you can pick em up yourself cos the cost of a courier would be more than they are worth

if you want a spare set of alloys, i got some here you can have for a tenner each!!

Don't dismiss remoulds, though.

I ran Colways for a year with no problem, and my Grizzly Claws are awesome offroad tyres, but damn LOUD on the street (due to mega tread pattern, not the fact they are remoulds)

nowt wrong with remoulds, but i probably wouldnt have secondhand ones tho.....

There's loads of jeep steel wheels about and there don't seem to be a great deal of tread left on them tyres if they are muds. (they look like a strainge mud / AT hybid to me) so you'd be looking at new tyres sooner rather than later.

With a starting bid of £50, I'd say that ain't far off being all they're worth.

Just thought of something else - there's only four of 'em.  You'll need a 5th as a spare - even if it's not exactly the same - 'coz Murphy says that if you haven't got a suitable spare, then you'll get a flat somewhere that you'll need one just to get out again.

KD's alloys sound a better bet at a tenner each - and you know you can trust a fellow Dastard!  :smt023

If you've still got a (yak, phooey) space saver spare, and you've lifted and are rebooting, then you might find that it doesn't actually touch the floor when you come to use it. :umn:

Bat Fastard has a set of black Daytonas that are about 6 months old on his TJ and I also know he has just taken delivery of a set of nice new chrome Daytonas, so one set (of 5) is going to be for sale.

I have not decided what I am doing with the wheels yet. :smt048

Might keep the black ones for the mud and winter and keep the blinging chrome ones for cruzin with the top down in the summer.... or flog them and buy a new toy..... or....oh I don't know.  :smt119
