Hi,
Can anyone tell me if the n/s/f wing is bolted on on a 1998 wrangler sahara ?

The whole front is bolt-on I believe.

4 bolts on the bulkhead and 3?  I think  at front of wing/ fender. They are bugger to get to so air wrench and extension bar and a lead light are your best mates.
