there are 2 points that are normly for the tow points. all the winch bumpers bolt to them
but i would go for a steel plate as it helps keep the mud out

ive just spotted that too.
my black grand in my pic i sold to a guy near manchester who twisted the shell (god knows how) an transplanted the stuff across to that one thats now getting broken by someone else.

and thats the rear one if you wanna buy them off the guy. the rear one should be welded to a flipped reciever hitch.
thyre very good bumpers made buy a guy called tristan near manchester.
the fronts powder coated an the rear is probly just painted still.
