Title: winch fitting anti roll bar problem
Post by: garryarnold on January 25, 2013, 08:49:29 PM
hi all i have a 1997 4.0 tj which i am fitting a winch to i have a winch plate and want to mount it as far back as possible which would mean removal off the anti roll bar which i dont have a problem with as a bit more axle articulation is good for trialing which is what the jeep is going to be used for i would say 20 % road use 80% off road just looking for other peoples opinions really?? many thanks in advance

People are amazed my jeep stays upright around corners without the roll bars. After a few days you don't care, after a few months you don't notice and after a few years you don't remember.

Does your mate want to start a good line of Birty trucks to MOT.
