Title: Headlamp replacement Wrangler TJ

Thinking that I may have to replace a damaged headlamp in my 97 TJ. There seems to be loads for sale but the only snag is the self levelling device.
Can anyone tell me if I can just buy any 7 inch H4 lamps and simply transfer the self levelling to the new lamps?

Never used the levelling switch as I never intend to tow anything, so go for the H4

yes take the front grill trim off and then you can remover the retaining rim , 3 torx screws later and you can swap them over
