Title: Rust! What Rust!

Thought I'd start with some rust repair while I wait for the suspension to turn up!

Interior went out last weekend, due to a leak. Found out it was the door seals, luckily no rust in the floor.  :icon_biggrin:

Time to tackle the rust. Doors had some rust bubbles on the bottom, but the biggest and unforeseen job was the underside of the guttering! :100:

My last XJ had some little surface rust on top of the guttering but never seen it underneath! Check this out!

Turn out my roof bars are leaking through and there two pin holes in the roof, rust from the inside out.

Got the mesh and fibreglass out! Tarpoling out and went to work.

Just finished the roof on Tuesday. Had a few rust spots, very large one on the back.
