Specifically does the following sound like it will fit:
I am selling a recent G3 LPG installation that barely 3 years and 2 months in the car has been sitting only about 30.000km 's drove.
This is from a Jeep Grand Cherokee with the 5.9 liter V8 engine.
Installation is also on other vehicles to assemble.
This installation is complete, with all the trimmings. (The pictures are but a small part of the components to see)
There is also an additional electronic module to the ignition adjusts for LPG.
The shutter is a Woodward H-420 (313kW). and the mixer is the Impco FB225M.
Complete with all cables and mounting brackets.
Cheers gents :greggmo:

Get thee hence to IFSJA. Quite a few of them run 'propane' setups over there and will let you know how old iron copes with BBQ fuel. Especially how valve seats, etc cope.
Question that sprang to my mind when reading the ad above, was "what happened to the GC engine, and was it gas related?"
-
cheers mate, good point
-
You could send out a PM to King CJ he has been running propane on his AMC V8 for a good 10 years.

From what I have read, the woodward thing is the vaporiser/reducer and the impco is the lpg carb, it looks like that its designed to sit on top of the carb/throttle body and is designed for high output engines, seems to be quite alot of info on some australian forums
-
impco gas carb is the only way to run them properly on pane
-
so does that mean the one above is good or bad?
im guessin that as a zj 5.0 V8 is electrickerised thing it wont be, but at about £400 (incl tank) its a hell of a lot less cheaper than a new set up
-
low tech rocks and you will not be able to use most of the kit
-
as I feared, cheers dood
the search continues
(and cheers Dutch)
