Just about to buy one off the bay and decided to have a measure.....
8274 bolts are 256mm or 10" apart
The aperture on my Warn 8274 mount is 190mm x 45 mm
The aperture on most hawse is 209mm
So 19mm bigger and that means the plasma line on an angled pull will rub on the winch mount first and that ain't good....?
Am I missing something or do I just need to get jiggy with the grinder :icon_twisted:

Buy one from Devon 4X4 or Jim Giggletwin.

you want the fairlead/hawse to be a gnats narrower than the width of the drum
I suspect I have a alloy one available for std width 8274 should you require it, but as IOM says get a stainless one
