Title: Injector swap??

Worth the money getting some neon injectors for a 2.0 / 2.4 to upgrade my 1998 XJ??
I hear good things about them on the US forums, and can nab a nice recon set for £50.
Any advice??

I had some in my old XJ, but as they were there when I bought it I never noticed anything different  :lol_hitting:

I got a set of 4 hole injectors cheap off ebay.com. I haven't noticed any difference whatsoever in idle, better pickup or MPG which are often reported on US forums.

Unless your existing injectors are fooked it shouldn't make any difference. If that's the only change you make, the engine management will only put in enough fuel to get a clean burn with the available air, so unless you intend to shove a supercharger in there I wouldn't bother.
