Title: Power tank or Uk bodged alternative
Post by: Dtimot8 on June 03, 2013, 06:00:39 PM
Hi
Been looking at powertanks for airing up
I think someone was mentioning this at breakout
I was talking to cellar gas chap today and its £9 for 6kilo's of liquid CO2
that must air up a few tyres but the bottle is a bit big
Has anybody done any work on this or are we all happy with leccy pumps
Regards Tim

I've got a Powertank on order, but also doing the dive cylinder project too. I've got all the bits ready so hang fire until I've finished it as I might save you quite a few quid.

I've got my hands on a carbon fibre cylinder that will holdup to 300 Bar, mounting bracket, first stage and adapter kit to work your air tools. I should have something within the next week or so
