Title: WJ pitman shaft seals
Post by: supersparks on June 03, 2013, 10:06:46 PM: Hi my steering box has decided to spring a leak and is leaving patches of oil outside my house . does anyone know where i can find some pitman shaft seals, i dont want to tell you what i was quoted by the dealers as just thinking about it makes me scared.

Post by: supersparks on June 04, 2013, 09:38:34 PM: This is a recon box that is on and leaking it was fitted about 7 months ago and out of warranty. I went to my local bearing stockists who measured up my old ones,he got two off the shelf and i fitted them tonight job done for the price of £4.50 each.

oh and theyre VERY helpful too got the box to me a day before they said an also saved me losing work time on the return box too.
i cant praise them enough box was only 185 too :icon_super:
