Title: CJ7 - Whats this under my washer fluid reservoir

Apologies for poor pic but...

I saw a ground cable connected to fender over my washer reservoir. It is not connected to anything at the other end. See pic I'm holding it in my hand. Any idea what it should be connected to. Is it meant to ground the ignition module.

Also see the redish cylinder under the reservoir with red cable coming out. What is that for and is this the item that should be grounded. I couldnt find it in manual. Is it just the pump.

Its difficult to see anything ken, if the red wire is coming outa the pump then it may be the live feed, mine has the live feed coming from the loom and the earth is a seperate wire that is screwed to the bulkhead, i havent got a clue what the other wire in your pic is for .
