Title: Some LED lighting for motorbike advice pls. Nomadz/Cockney ??
Post by: Dutch on November 16, 2013, 09:38:53 PM
Got these block protection brackets on the side with a small lip that I can fit additional lighting on.

Looking for advice/what type/make - not too bulky - understated - for daylight running lights and for night time running pointing slightly out to light up the side of the road maybe.

Waddayagot ?

The last one is the same as the ones I had off Cockney Boy, they work well.

Been on an LED bender recently. Just waiting on fog & headlight bulbs arriving, I'll be changing everything, excluding indicators (couldn't be arsed fitting resistors) Stop/tail & sidelights will be the only non Cree bulbs. As I've tried a few different types, I can say, go Cree EVERY TIME. There is way more light from Cree chips. :)

I went with Donk's middle suggestion 2 Pcs 1500lum 12V 3 LED Auxiliary Spot Light

Hey can't go wrong for that price and if they give the ghost I'll just go for the next pair.

Thanks gents - YT that's a nice collection you got there.

Cheers.
