If its inner axle seals you'll struggle to do both sides in 2 hours, even in the dry in the warm, on a hoist, imho

Inner or outer?

Inner. Both driveshafts and diff out to do the job. Would have thought a bit more than two hours.

To get the hubs off is already 1/2 a days work. I had to when I had to replace a CV joint grinding itself to smithereens.  Outside end is just a hollow tube and you can pull the halfshaft straight out.

Half a day if you know what you're doing.

The local jeep dealer quoted me £170.00 for the labour , they said a couple of hours. sounds quite reasonable?

it took me 3 hours to nearly get the inspection plate off the rear diff with three previously rounded off bolts at the top ..... :banghead:
