I have a 3.5 inch suspension lift on my 98 xj and since putting on wheel spacers I have noticed the axle seems to be sitting off centre towards the right hand side. Someone else I know has done a lift on theirs and seems to have the same problem. Any ideas how to correct this? Or even why it is doing g it? :100: :100:

Your track bar that restricts movement of the axle side to side is now too short and holding the axle to one side of the vehicle. You need an adjustable one or if you can do it cut and sleeve and extend yours to the desired length.

Shirley, unsure as to how much of a thumping your xj gets but you can buy a relocation bracket which although not a perfect solution, will remedy your problem :icon_winkle: Contact Dave at Llama 4x4 who may be able to help.

The very redneck fix that works is to drill a new attachment point for the track bar in the axle bracket about 1.5cm to the left as you look at it from the front.

Thanks guys. Rough countries official fitting instructions say to drill a new hole, so for me its the cheapest easiest solution. Will let you know how it works out.
