The puller required is VM1000A. It's like a hub puller, 2 bolts screw into the puller, and the central bolt presses against the end of the crank.
Don't know what size the nut is though.
There is a lock pin hole through the clutch housing/flywheel, but this is really for timing the fuel pump, you might shear the pin off if you try to undo the crank pulley nut with it in. Best to put it in gear and have someonr hold the brakes on.

Ok done easy job when you have a mate at ford an he gets you the puller yes you need one.rad cowl off, belt off.fan off, 41mm skt, undo big nut in bottom pulley normal way, bugger to get seal out, Now careful putting seal back in light grease steady putting pulley back on line up with small keyway easy to damage new seal. Big nut back on with a bit of thread lock tighten nut (ft) put your other bits back on and off you go.
Now dose the sump have a gasket, yes got a drip there to, or just instant gasket.

I found an impact wrench managed to undo the pulley bolt without having to "lock" the crank.
Whatever you do don't try pulling the pulley with even a decent three legged puller - they just break and I found out the hard way :-(
I managed to remove the pulley from a scrap engine by using a length of steel bar drilled to take bolts that fastened into pulley and a large (tow ball) bolt to apply force. Worked but a lot easier if you can scrounge the proper tool.
