Sorry for the mix up in pictures this tablet is driving me nuts  :die:

This is not my zj but I built the bumpers front and rear and the guards now the sills

This is what I can up with using 120mm x 60mm x 3mm box

Nice design! Any reason for the tapered edges or just to look fancy? :icon_biggrin:

Looks,good.
Links at the bottom of the thread will show others.......Just noticed mine from 2 years ago.......
I used 100 x 1000 4mm sort of did the same thing but heavier and in one process.... Now owned by the bro inlaw and still going strong........

Because the box I used was only 60mm it wasn't deep enough to picks up the jeep support front and rear ,but gave me 50mm more ground clearance in the middle
