HELP.... new to this site..
I had my 2002 grand Cherokee 2.7crd serviced a few days ago ( oil, air and fuel filters changed ) started OK for a day then the problems started, (taking 30 sec or more on turnover to start )this only happens when the engine is warm and has been running . starts fine when engine cold. Got the guy who serviced it back and he said it was the fuel filter needed bleeding again which he did, it was OK for a day but the problems has returned. anyone had the same problems ?
many thanks

O rings on the fuel line. They go with age and let air in. I suspect the ones on the lines into the filter however check the pipes for cracks on the filter end. Get mercedes o rings they are far superior and get them all replaced. Part number is for the merc part A06019970645. I had one fail on low pressure pump and only leaked when hot...so double check...

Many Thanks fizz, Are they hard to replace ?

Not really but the clips that hold the lines on can become brittle with age. Take your time or get mechanic to do it.... one hose clip broke on the low pressure pump and had to replace the entire hose. The newer hoses have getter designed clip..
