Title: drive belt fitting

Hi new to the site wish i had found it some time ago .any way can anyone out there give me any tips on putting this sodding drive belt back on to my  2.5 TD sport 95 plate . seems like I have wrong size but I have checked that one any help greatly appreciated

on what way is it the wrong size?


too tight then slacken the alternator or if you want pain and risk of injury just pry the idler pulley using a ring spanner,

too long then you might max out the movement on the alternator adjustment

alternator is the easiest and safest
