Trying to fit an event in without clashing with bank holidays & J33P events in April 11th & 12th Clyro ..... & May 9th & 10th at Tuff Terrains isnt proving easy.
However, Avon Dassett hold pay & play days for £20 a truck, sadly the Birty's kitty is not boosted by this, unless we add £5 each if folk would like to donate, not mandatory but the PLI is not far away
Sunday 24th May they have an open Pay & Play date that we can just turn up for & call it our Breakout event.
Facilities, there is one plastic portaloo that they try & leave for the ladies
There is a butty van that they use which has been going for the last 10 years so should be guaranteed food available
Non MOT trucks ARE welcome
The only thing that is not allowed is loud pipes, if you think its possibley too loud then it probably is.
There is a lot of water there, its a quarry so no trees
There is a day in April also but the only thing I would suggest is that the conditions would possibly be more favourable in May
What do you guys think ?

There has been a butty van on site for 11 years, however, following the retirement of long term butty van, the replacement has failed to show for the last 2 events, a new van has been arranged BUT be prepared to take your own food & drink ..... man at the site is not confident the new butty van will attend ...... you have been warned fols :icon_super:
