Slightly off-topic (sorry) but,  has anyone tried retrofitting heated seats from a grand to an xj?

I've just sold me saab and the missus is moaning about the loss of heated seats...!

I've just fixed my failed heated seat (for now anyway :D  :D  

£700 saved.
