Title: Wj radio wiring
Post by: gregwho on December 14, 2015, 08:04:24 PM
I've bought myself a double din fascia to add a decent head unit to my WJ. I've got a radio wiring harness adaptor and most of the wires match what comes with the headunit. But there are two yellows (switched 12v maybe) on the adaptor and only one on the headunit cable lead. Does anyone have any idea if both should be connected or does only one need to be cabled?

Think I've cracked it with the wiring diagram on wjjeeps. In case anyone comes across this in future, im 99% sure the two yellow B+ cables can be joined together.

Of course if I end up blowing up my headunit, i'll report back with the advice that you shouldn't connect 'em together  :greggmo:

2 yellows together will be fine.
