See that loose material; hanging down under me front bumper?

What's it for??

Cause I snagged it on something ages ago so I took it off...  :twisted:

It's for snagging on stuff, until you take it off! :wink:

It's just to protect the engine bay from road dirt and stuff.  If you have a steering guard, you junk it cos it's a one or the other kind of thing.

Can't see the problem with just chucking it IMO.

I was amazed to see it - i decided it wasn't doing anything at all so threw it away.

WTF is that supposed to protect? I don't understand why jeep ditched the steering guard from the mk1 to replace it with that piece of crap.

I've got that piece of crap and the steering guard. It keeps some of the crap you drive though off the engine and makes it impossible to find water leaks from underneath. :roll:
