Post by: Medic961 on May 07, 2016, 09:15:37 AM
Hi All,
What size wheels/tyres  can I put on a standard TJ without adding spacers or a lift kit.

Thanks

31x10.50x16 on a 4 1/2" backspace and 8" wide......is the norm.

Or equivalent metric in a 16" flavour

Some have squeezed 32s and some have tried skinny 33x9.50 x15

If you're willing to get the cutting disc out the boys at JP mag in the US have put 35" under a TJ.
Cutting needed though.

Home page ....and tyre stuff and gear stuff for you to calculate.......

All I have committed to brain is 315x 17x.  Something....... Similar to a 35" in that it measures 34" :hysterical:
