Title: Missing bump stops

Whilst changing my shocks and fitting lift blocks I was unable to refit rotten bump stops, so at the moment i'm running without them, , Any recommendations on what to fit?

For the front I say leave them, just don't go bunny boiling!! The rear is a must thought.
