ok guys tool help needed i need a scale torque wrench it has to be inch pounds and have 3/8 drive and 1/4 drive and needs to go from 10 to at least 100 inch pounds dont realy want a click style as i find them to vague at these low torques any help to track one down would make me very happy

I've seen some of them a couple of weeks ago.  I've just got to remember where. :?

Assume you can get a converter to go from 3/8 to 1/4?
