Opinions please
I've been using the K & N oil filters as I like the built in removal nut however in my hast when planning I oil change I brought a different oil filter than I currently have on the Jeep (both K & N). Current one is the HP2003 (approx. 4.6" high, 3.7" dia) new one is smaller HP 1007 (approx. 3.8" high and 3" dia). The HP 1007 has a built in anti drain back valve but the HP2003 doesn't. Both are listed as suitable but I'm now not convinced. Can anyone through any light on this ie.is the smaller one still OK or am I better toget the bigger one?
