Title: DIY winch plate plans

Next job is to fix my 8274 to the front of the TJ, tried various sources for a plate for the winch...much expensivo!!

so the old mans a pattermaker and should be able to knock me up a winch plate in no time..but.. need the dimensions etc for a 8274 winch plate

So folks does anyone know the dimensions for a 8274 winch plate for me TJ or know where any plans are on tinternet..if all else fails the winch came with a plate so I can extend that one, so does anyone know the dimensions for a normal tj winch plate? I am trying to avoid this as i think it will be far too heavy

also what thickness of steel should I be using and what bolts to hold it all together??

Not sure whether any of them would suit an 8274 or not.
