Anyone got a pic of how this should look?
RHD seems to get an extra pulley so online pics don’t work. 4 popper non a/c.
Belts been off a week whilst I got the alternator rebuilt And I jet washed the sticker showing it a few years ago.
-
Not a 4 popper but your welcome to check out our non AC 6 banger on the drive if you want as I'm not far from you mate, I cant take photo's today but can do tomorrow of needed :icon_super:

I don't know how similar the RHD 4/6 belt routing is but here's the routing for the 4.0
Edit:
Just looked at the parts list and there's only one part number for RHD belts, and it has both engine codes, so the routing should be the same.

Brought a new belt; which came out longer; which looked promising.
However neither belt can make any of the various shapes pictured! So a photo would be welcome!
RHD sucks

If you can wait till morning, I can take a photo.
T’is cold outside and merlot is open

Back home from work now and
drinking thinking. The routing I posted earlier might only be good for early TJs with the 2.5. I don't know what year your TJ is but if it's a later one with the 2.4L maybe this will help...

From a 2000 TJ 2.5

Cheers guys.
Graham; that’s the one exact year too thanks.
Got the pic now I need the belt; ones too short the others too long! :banghead:

I think it’s part no 53013124AB if that helps?

That's the same routing as I first posted. I have, I think, a 6PK2550 belt fitted to my 4.0L. That's about 100 inches which the US belt sizes are specced in. Any car shop should be able to get them in if they don't already have them.
