Title: Leaking injector and fault code WG 2003 2.7CRD
Post by: Alpine on August 31, 2018, 06:09:05 PM
Just picked up a new to me WG 2.7 CRD 2003. When looking at the fault codes it throws up P0235

Turbo/Super Charger Boost Sensor A Circuit. Can someone tell me what could potentially cause that in layman’s terms.

Also injector two has a slight leak that I need to sort out, not sure if they’re related issues. Thanks

there are a few topics on here regarding leaky diesel injectors, a search maybe quicker than replies. the injector nearest the bulkhead is the most difficult to fix due to lack of space.

from what i remember the injectors can seize in place but i will stand corrected.

correct the leaking injector and that will confirm is the two are linked but i'll take a guess it might be a sensor in the intake circuit a fault

Got it in one Dave.  Black death needs to be fixed first : extract, clean, new washer & new stretch bolts ...... go from there.

Thanks chaps. Injectors first then.
