Opted for Pirelli Scorpions on the KJ. Less money than the OEM fitment Goodyear Wranglers and appear to give less road noise and a slightly better ride.

the pirelli P6000 /P8000(?) are classed as a quiet tyre and std fitment for jaguars, anything else just pushes the car over the noise test limit. the wear rate is not bad either

BF Goodrich All Terrains - go for the less agressive looking of the 2 versions, look like a road tyre and are as quiet as a church mouse at 70. They give good roadholding in the wet and better in the dry, they last ages too! When they wear out I'll be buying more of the same.
