Title: std or poly
Post by: Dave69 on November 14, 2006, 03:36:20 PM
Ive just ordered some parts from lighthouse including new rear springs (td spec).

the quandary is, i have got std bushes arriving to fit to them but is it worth fitting polybushes instead ?

I've recently fitted prothane bushes all round, firms everything up, sharpens the steering and they last a lot longer. Depends what you use it for and how long you intend to keep it.

polly bushings are great but get greasable ones if ya can cos they do tend to creak and moan when they get used and abused for a while.
