cooooooool i'll have to do that, i get a little bit of rub sometimes with mine but i just kinda ignore it. Ta for the link Tag
off to rummage in junk draw for washers.............
-
Yeah,
no probs, it says 2x 3mm washers per side i used 2x 2.5 mm washers a total of 5mm and have plenty of clearance
-
great thanks, ive got 35mm wheel spacers on too (have you?) you'd think they would stop the rub but i still get a real little bit now and again (mind you my tyres are pretty new and the tread is massive). looks like i'll be fiddling with washers tommoro
-
No, mine rubbed full lock at the rear of the tyre, if you have side wall lugs on your tyres you may need a little more....good luck
-
Good reference photos, but I'm not sure how you're supposed fit a body lift to a Cherokee, when it doesn't have a separate chassis!
-
:? take it you were looking at the other write ups? the block under the leaf spring! call it lowering the Axel,
-
Nope!! You can only fit a body lift if the vehicle has a separate chassis, like a TJ. The XJ is a monocoque, so what you're suggesting still counts as a suspension lift!
-
well the poor frenchy man who wrote it maybee just got his translations a bit mixed up
-
hey man your getting wound up over a few words!! chill and take a pill,
you can see what the guy means............
