Title: xj cherokee rear springs question

HI all, hope all is going well, quick question.

Does n e one know what diameter the locating dowell is on the rear leaf spring? Where it goes into the axle bracket?

Are there different sizes between the Dana axles and the Chrysler ones.

HI, i used  8mm stainless steel cap head bolts on a dana the cap head locates in the axel bracket , hope this helps...

if the pin cap head is too big you could always drill out the location hole if you desperate
