Title: Height of rear bumper

I need some info from the back of a non lifted Wrangler TJ.  The rear bumper has over riders on and i need the height from the ground to the bottom and top of the o/riders. If possible a picture with a tape measure on.
PS. not for me but a friend...dont ask not sure what for
