Title: Automatic 'box filter + front discs - 99 XJ

I need to get front discs for my 99 XJ.  

Looked on ebay and its very confusing which ones I need.  Some say "upto" 98.  Some say 90-01.  And some say "99"

Is it that different types have been used or its just the usual poor ebay descriptions?

Also need to get an auto box filter for servicing.  Is there just one type for 4.0 auto boxes?

There were three different discs used. 1984-1990, 1991-1999 and 2000 on. If yours is a '99 it should have the '91-'99 type.

Go here http://jeep.avtograd.ru/VIN/vin_en.asp (http://jeep.avtograd.ru/VIN/vin_en.asp) to decode your VIN and get the exact model year of your Jeep.

You have an AW-4 transmission, there was only ever one filter for this type.
