Title: messed up big styles!!!!

Ok so i was servicing XJ and got the rage when oil filter wouldnt come off....ripped part of it off and now the base of old filter is ceased onto where i need to put new filter.....
THEN in my rage i manged to snap off an electrical bit that was above the filter going into the engoine block

HELP PLEASE

you will need to chisel the remaining part of the filter round carefully. as for the electric bit it might be a case of just buying a replacement part.

You may laugh now, but 'tis easily done.
Shame about the electrical bit - try 'midnight spares' I'm told they always have what you need - lol

Thanks guys...all sorted now, used a pair of pointed pliers and a crow bar....got it off.
The thing i snapped off was apparently the oil pressure sensor?? £50
