Are they LHD/RHD specific..?

Common sense would say they're not but I  thought i should check just in case..  :wink:

No, but they are with/without cruise control.

And in the US the Dodge (Chrysler in UK) Neon is priced cheaper for the identical clockspring. Wonder if it's the same over here?
