Can anyone advise if there is a good Jeep service guy near Newbury who also does MOT's?

As Stew said north of you is EDM at Bicester.  Also south of you is OffroadMDG at Portsmouth or east to Surrey Off-road at Dunsfold.

Varsity Jeep, at Kidlington (Oxford) are very good.
