Title: Horn
Post by: Bishops Finger on December 20, 2008, 03:49:45 PM
Thinking of up grading the one on the TJ

Something from Quadratec or 4WD or boy racers section of HAlfords

Don't want some mega loud air horn before the suggestions come in...

May need to "piggy back" the wiring as you now have two horns, other than that jobs dont come much simpler  8-)

If youre struggling and find yourself over in Stoke (well the garage is near Eccleshall)

I'll give you a hand like

Ive got these

http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stor ... yId_165704 (http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_storeId_10001_catalogId_10151_productId_222209_langId_-1_categoryId_165704)

and I had one of these on my old TJ,

http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stor ... yId_165704 (http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_storeId_10001_catalogId_10151_productId_258317_langId_-1_categoryId_165704)

I replaced the pathetic “neep” “neep” horn in my TJ for a pair of PIAA ones. They are not too loud, but have far more of Jeep sound about them than the original one!  :-)
