This seems to be a popular subject of late so I aplogise if this has already been covered recently.
I have the job of replacing the radiator, thermostat and heater matrix on my old chaps cherokee 95 TD. Being a TJ man and having already had hassle today with the simple task of replacing the radiator and thermostat and recalling there was different methods in replaceing the heater matrix in pre facelift and post facelift model cherokees, am I facing a complete dash removel or am i gonna be lucky and only have to remove the passenger side? 8-)

is it the matrix leakin though or is it the hose leaking on the dented pipe?
-
WHAT DENTED PIPE?
-
the one pic makes it look like the one pipe has a dent in it. the reason i say this is cos i took the matrix out of the gt cos it had a leak but it was just the hose leakin down the pipe and down the bulkhead

Radiator went in rather well, and the thermastat housing only needed one sheared bolt removing.

A wee luxury, tried to persuade Asylum that we could just shoe horn this in the dash instead?

Ahh well lets get back to it, fitted Matrix and bolted up the assembly to the Bulkhead. Then onto refiffing the dash.......

All O.K, but a broken lug on the Thermostat housing has put a stop on completion.
