Think I still have the standard front springs that were removed from our TJ ages ago, if you want me to measure them (height I presume) let me know

Measure your front prop between the weld at the yoke and the weld at the end of the tube.

I've just had some issues with having the longer front prop (21.75") which was causing the cv to bottom out, fitting a 20.5" prop solved this.

If you've adjustable upper radius arms or UJ's on the prop you'll get around it.

By track bar I take it you mean panhard rod ;)

Straight from the pages of JP
GC springs on a TJ will nett 1 to 1 and half inches of lift.

So I guess that means TJ springs are shorter?!!!

unfortunatly thats foiled my plans, been out to the grand an measured the the front standard springs against the tj springs ive got in the rear of it.

the tj'coils measure a half inch bigger compressed than the zj's but i figure thats only cos theyre on the light end of the jeep.

i wish i had'nt sold my R.E 4.5inch springs. :-D

i was going to measure from pinion to transfer on the grand an do the same on the xj for someone, was that you dxmedia???
i havnt got the grand back together yet so been unable to do it.
