Its going to cost you a lot to get an off the shelf winch bumper and rock sliders for a ZJ.
Probably all will have to be shipped over at great expense, so it would be better to get something fabricated up in UK.
If you really want to buy in then its probably Kevinsoffroad for build quality.

I've been looking at making something along the lines of
(http://http://www.toyotaholics.com/support/files/scotty/20080416182829_Front%20Bumper.jpg)
for both the front back and sides (well following the same theme, although side mounted winches might be nice

try these, im really tempted to buy the winch mount as its available by itself, but i keep thinking i could make it cheaper.
they also do rock slider type things that cover the original sill an look pretty groovy!!!!
i really like their stuff an just wish they'd make a rear bumper/ tyre carrier!!!!

Them sliders look like they'd slice a pedestrian's leg off. Cool

Isn't all the iceland offroad stuff fireberglass ;)

Also great in the car park when someone slams their door open into yours

Those Iceland fireglass bumpers...will they have the strength of steel?

They're supposed too.
-
they won't have the strengh of the steel/ARB versions but if they've been done right they will still be very strong!
also you can pic them up with one hand.
the arb front thats on a xj i sold to a friend, took two BIG blokes to lift if an me to try an get the bolts in befor they dropped it!!!!
it had a 3inch procomp lift an this cow catcher, an as you were driving down the road you could feel the front end bobbing about an being almost lead arround by the shear weight of it slapped on the front.
i recon the rock sliders will be steel looking at the pics.
i really like the arches too!
-
You've a very good point there wazza, with an arb you loose lift at the font due to the weight, so on rocks it'll catch more and compromise your approach angle. With a lighter one this will be less of an effect, so it might not be as strong, but it'll not take the same abuse either.
One of the reasons I like tubular, it keeps the strength without compromising the weight.

your not wrong, i got sold the jeep at qiute a bargin price an the bloke was prowed he had a 5 inch lift!!
it didn't at all, it was a 3 inch procomp lift with 2 inch spacers on the front to try an compensate for the seriouse weight. oh an front still looks to low! :banghead:
i like the tubebumpers too for the same reasons but ive never quite found a pre made one that id be happy with slapped on my vehicle. and at the moment im to lazy to make one.
-
heh I'll let you know how I get on making one
-
Heh heh
Just real world experience makes me question fibreglass..
-
I ditched the ARB off my XJ due to the weight, too bouncy & understeery with it on
